NEWS - Updates
FINALLY some good news on the Sullivan Sawyer front. After being released from the hospital after a week in recovery from a nasty snowboarding accident, we've learned that Sullivan his band Fireflires, JayDen Natians and an unknown male named Jasper Hernandez have come together to make music. "It wasn't about recording it to sell it was just some guys getting together to strum a guitar, then it turned into an entire CD." Explained Craig of Fireflies. The CD which featuers, Fireflies as the band, Sullivan/guitar/piano and Jasper as back up vocals/guitar and JayDen Natians as lead vocals/piano. Unfortunately this CD according to JayDen Natians will never hit the street but the Sullivan was nice enough to leak a bit from the CD they call DAYBREAK. The song which has Jasper Hernandez as back up vocals is also called 'Daybreak' click the link to listen.
Sullivan, JayDen and Jasper (who also sings in a local band called 'Salvation') were responsible for most of the collaberation with lyrics and harmonies. A personal favorite on the CD by Natians called "The Lightning Strike" is also available to listen to exclusively on this site. "I thank his [Natians] wife for opening him up. He was really shy about this sort of thing didn't think he had any musical talent but after recording with his wife and seeing the process he became increasingly interested and showed up one day with a notebook of lyrics we put the songs together and there you have it." Sullivan who was supportive of Natians' curiousity of the music industry was really the one to push him further. "Sullivan was hard to please he was producing the entire thing even though we knew it wasn't going to go anywhere. I was just doing it for fun he demanded a lot out of me and I hope I delivered." Natians who says he will remain humble about his lack of musical talent even though those around him think otherwise. "I'm trying to convince him and Jasper to collaberate some more..." Jasper Hernandez the lead singer of Salvation has currently been offered a record deal with Fireflies label.

--NEWS--
It's been rumored that Sullivan Sawyer has been working with UNP Producer JayDen Natians on an album...not for Sullivan but for JayDen Natians. The two began working on it in September after meeting up at Ryan Ainslee-Santos' home for her birthday party. It's believed Sullivan is actually producing the album with JayDen as lead vocals and his band providing back up vocals and instruments on the album. We also learned that JayDen Natians provided back up male vocals on one of Kylie McKenzie's tracks and is scheduled to tour with her on this next album's concert schedule. "The funny thing is the album was just for fun an excuse for us to just get together and bang on some drums and make noise in my studio but I never actually expected that JayDen would be as good as he is. I'm still trying to talk him into making the album public I really don't think he will." Sullivan co-wrote the music on the album and composed most of the tunes on it while Natians provided the vocals necessary. While JayDen Natians hasn't mentioned anything about the album he did make an appearance on stage with his wife at the Nokia Theater concert in Los Angeles. We also wish his wife well.

[Figured I would point this out so that people know kind of so that in the SL it is kept real. Sullivan and his band Fireflies is following along with Lifehouse. Each of their songs albumns etc. I just keep seeing new faces and all so I wanted to keep people in the loop. There for Sullivan has written all of the songs on the albums and sings them. That way I don't have to keep pointing it out ha. Thanks for playing along. His SL has been like that for over a year. Peace keep gaming.]

New Music
Sullivan and the Fireflies are back at it again not even two weeks after the birth of his first son Gabriel Torrence, Fireflies have released another exclusive song attached to their Beautiful Tragedy album. The song is called "I'll Keep the Change" you can listen to it here by clicking on the link. Sullivan admitted that the song was partially about his ex wife actress Leah Sullivan regarding their rather nasty divorce process. "Ultimately this song is about over coming your own broken heart and desiring moving on even when that person who hurt you still wants you to be stuck in the past with them. It isn't disrespect to Leah in anyway, I partially wrote this song two years ago and finally finished it. We all have relationships we can't explain and are hurt by, but I feel that writing about them is my way of cooping and moving forward. I'm glad that I finally finished this song, I know that it seems like a hater song towards her but that isn't my intention. I have the utmost respect and love for Leah. I feel strongly about this song, I actually finished writing the night Gabe was born and as soon as I had a chance to hit the studio I called up the guys we recorded it in my basement and I think it came out better than 'I want you to know'."

 It's just been confirmed by people.com that Sullivan Sawyer and wife Rosalie Sawyer welcomed a baby boy into the world last night. Click on the ( people.com ) link for the full story.
Also, some really exciting things are happening soon with the Fireflies band they are expected to be going back on tour again there is also a rumor that Sullivan is set for a GQ magazine photoshoot this month. Not only that Sullivan recently recorded a new song that he wrote during his separation from his family, it has not been confirmed why the singer took a two week stint separation only that it did occurr. Sullivan will perform his new song on Ellen, Good Morning America and yahoo! music. A new album is expected to be in the works here soon also. Enjoy!
